Plans change — we get that. Here is exactly what happens if you need to cancel, return early, or modify your booking.

If you need to cancel, let us know as early as possible. The refund you receive depends on how much notice you give us before the scheduled pickup time:

These tiers apply only if you made an advance payment. Most of our bookings are confirmed over WhatsApp without any advance — in that case, there is nothing to refund. Just let us know you are not coming so we can free up the bike for someone else.
Sometimes we have to cancel a booking ourselves — maybe the bike developed a mechanical issue, or a previous rental ran over. If that happens, you get a full refund of any advance paid, no questions asked. We will also try to offer you an alternative vehicle if one is available.
If you bring the bike back before your rental period ends, the remaining days are not refundable. For example, if you booked for a week and return after three days, you still pay the weekly rate. We price our plans assuming the full duration, so partial returns do not qualify for a pro-rata adjustment.
Late returns are charged at ₹100 per hour beyond the agreed return time. If the delay exceeds four hours, we may charge an additional full day at the applicable daily rate. The best thing you can do is call or message us ahead of time — we are usually flexible when riders give us a heads-up.
Want to extend your rental, switch to a different bike, or change your dates? Just reach out on WhatsApp or phone. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to vehicle availability. If the new arrangement costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we adjust accordingly.

If you disagree with a damage assessment or a refund amount, let us know right away. We are happy to walk through the inspection again, show you photos, and explain the repair estimate. Our goal is to be fair — not to nickel-and-dime anyone. If we cannot resolve it between ourselves, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
